Warranty:

Being a member of the Building Industry Association, Distinctive Homes, Incorporated follows the quality standards, for the construction of a single family residence, adopted by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio.

During the first year after settlement and occupancy, Distinctive Homes, Incorporated will repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship as defined by the quality standards. Minor repairs, which do not affect the buyers' comfort, will be performed only once toward the end of the first year.

In addition to the One-Year Warranty, Distinctive Homes, Incorporated provides a Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date of settlement on specified portions of the heating, cooling, ventilating, electrical and plumbing systems.

Lastly, Distinctive Homes, Incorporated provides a Ten-Year Structural Warranty on the major structural components of the home.
