We serve all of Columbus, Ohio as well as the rest of Central Ohio including Athens, Chillicothe, Circleville, Lancaster, Logan, London, Newark, New Lexington and Zanesville.

Distinctive Homes, Inc. has been building quality custom stick built homes in Central Ohio since 1996. Our owners have dozens of years of experience in all phases of construction and land development. Distinctive Homes, Inc. has built over 400 homes in our thirteen county territory.

With a wide variety of standard and custom homes, Distinctive Homes, Inc. builds ranch style homes, two story homes with big front porches, two story homes with first floor master suites, cape cod style homes and bi-level homes. Standard homes are priced from the $90,000’s to the $300,000’s.

All Distinctive Homes include 9’ high poured wall foundations, basement waterproofing with a 50 year transferable warranty, electric heat and air conditioning, complete floor coverings, oak or hickory cabinetry, 10 year structural warranty and many more features you can find by checking out our full standard features lists.

Distinctive Homes, Inc. also allows homeowner participation (formerly known as “sweat equity”). We are very flexible; we’ll build everything from a shell construction to a fully complete turn key home and anything in between. Check us out!
